Rental Rates

Prices for the apartment are per week and include: linen, towels, (not beach towels) air conditioning, reasonable electricity/water costs and final cleaning.

      PLEASE NOTE: A booking may commence on the same day as a booking ends for departing
          guests (sometimes we can be flexible so please enquire.)
            On a changeover day guests must vacate the apartment by 10am. Arriving guests will have
          access to the apartment at 4pm.
            Rental charges are based on occupancy of up to 6 people including infants.
            We require a 20% or £100 non-refundable deposit (whichever is the greatest) upon booking
          and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
            In addition to the balance , a £150 refundable security deposit against breakages/damage or                lost keys is also required at this time. This will be refunded once the apartment has been           checked and the keys returned following your departure.
