It is equipped with satellite Tv(many English channels) Dvd player and Hi-Fi.
The are large patio doors which lead directly out to the terrace.


DINING AREA - The light beech dining furniture seats  up to 4 and is complementary to the matching furniture. Modern lighting and low light lamps are situated around the dining area as well as throughout the lounge  offering a feeling of ambience.     





KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities needed for your stay. There is ample crockery and cutlery for 6 people and plenty of cooking utensils/pans etc. It has a large integrated fridge freezer,microwave,coffee maker,electric hob,extractor fan,oven and dishwasher.A utility room is ajacent to   the kitchen which houses a washing machine and  tumble dryer,ironing board and iron as well as a    clothes airer.



MASTER BEDROOM – consists of a double bed, which faces large patio doors giving access to a small terrace ovelooking the tropical gardens and pool.It is decorated in a fresh contempory style with storage provided in a range of fitted wardrobes.
En-suite bathroom - A lovely en suite bathroom finished in high quality marble with sink toilet and  shower cubicle.
 


BEDROOM 2 – consists of a kingsize bed which also converts to 2 single beds.Decor is a light fresh pastel design.This also has patio doors which gives access to the large open terrace offering stunning panoramic sea views.Fitted wardrobes are also provided as well as contrasting bedside drawers and side drawers.          This also ensures plenty of storage space .

TERRACE –The large terrace enjoys sun all through the day and has wonderful panoramic sea views of the Mediterranean. Gibraltar and the coast of Africa can also be seen.
